This document proposes the partnership of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources - Blue Mounds State Park (WDNR) with the Wisconsin Off-Road Bicycling Association (WORBA) for the purpose of creating sustainable single track trails within Blue Mound State Park. These trails should require minimal maintenance and should be useable by off-road cyclists, hikers, snow shoeing enthusiasts, and back-country skiers.
